It creates no obligation for Portland Immigration Law attorneys to represent you or take action on your case. You are not client of Portland Immigration Law until you have signed a legal services agreement with our office.

How does the case quote process work?

Receiving a final case quote from a Portland Immigration Law attorney is a 3-step process.
 
Step 1: Initial Quote
 

Please fill out the case quote questionnaire to provide us with the information we need to create an initial quote for our legal services. The initial quote is free and creates no obligation on your part to hire us. The more accurate and complete the information you provide,  the better we will be able to assess the legal issues involved. The information you provide on this form will be accessible to Portland Immigration Law attorneys and staff but will not be shared outside of our firm.

We review case quotes on a weekly basis and will respond as soon as possible.
 
Note: Completing this questionnaire will allow one of our attorneys to provide you with an initial quote for our services. The initial quote will be based on the information you provide. This does not create an attorney/client relationship. 
 
Step 2: Consultation
 
After receiving the initial quote, if you would like to move forward with our services, the next step is to set a paid consultation with one of our attorneys. This consultation allows us to meet, verify the information you have provided, and ask follow up questions to determine our final quote. The price of the consultation is $250. We try our best to make the initial quotes as close as possible to what we think the final quote will be. However, immigration law is extremely complex. Small differences in facts can create large differences in case handling and complexity. For this reason, a consultation is essential to provide a final quote. 
 
Step 3: Final Quote
 
After the consultation, we will provide you with a final quote for our services. If you choose to hire Portland Immigration Law after the consultation, we will send you a legal services agreement. If you sign that legal services agreement within 24 hours of receiving it, we will credit the $250 consultation fee toward your final quote legal services fee. You are not obligated to hire Portland Immigration Law after the consultation but we will not refund the $250 fee.
