Beth Sethi
Beth graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School Summa Cum Laude and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Beth’s immigration law practice focuses on asylum, removal defense, family-based cases, U visas, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Prior to law school, Beth earned a B.A. in Modern Languages from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. (Master’s of Business Administration) from Eastern University.
Beth is passionate about protecting her clients’ rights and about guiding them effectively through the U.S. immigration system. Beth provides legal services in English and Spanish.
Background
Beth graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School Summa Cum Laude in 2024 and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. Prior to law school, Beth earned a B.A. in Modern Languages from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. (Master’s of Business Administration) from Eastern University. Beth has taught English, worked in refugee resettlement, and run community development programs in Latin America and Haiti. Beth is passionate about immigrant rights and works hard to provide the best possible outcome for her clients. Beth and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking, and biking with their three children. She has lived in Japan, Australia, Germany, and Austria, but is proud to call Oregon, where she was born and raised, her home.
