Program
Portland Immigration Law LLC offers optional one-to-one text messaging for requested follow-up, document requests, case-status notices, deadline reminders, and replies to messages you send us. Text messages are not a substitute for the secure client portal or a telephone call when sensitive information is involved.
Consent
You may opt in to customer-care text messages by sending JOIN from your mobile number to the Portland Immigration Law number published on our SMS Consent page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or purchasing services. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. The firm records the date, source, scope, and version of consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on case activity, requested follow-up, and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms and charges apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. After you opt out, the firm will send at most one confirmation and will stop further program messages unless you later provide valid consent again. Reply HELP for help, call 503-749-7700, or email questions@pdximmigration.com. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
